Recently, there have been more frequent requests from candidates that unidentified persons offer assistance in finding employment at Ancon LLP (hereinafter referred to as the "Company/ANCON") for a fee.
We hereby inform you that under no circumstances may any of the Company's employees ask for a fee for assistance or guarantee employment. Such actions as assistance in finding employment and receiving any kind of fee for it are illegal and unacceptable for the Company.
The decision to hire or refuse employment is made based on the results of several interview stages. At each stage of such an interview, a corresponding selection of candidates takes place, based on the requirements of a specific vacancy for the candidate's qualifications, work experience, skills and knowledge.
To be hired by the Company, each applicant goes through the following stages:
✓ Screening of resumes based on qualifications, work experience and skills corresponding to the vacancy;
✓ Telephone interview;
✓ Testing for theoretical knowledge;
✓ Testing for practical knowledge.
Each stage is carried out by a separate responsible commission.
ANCON officially declares that the candidate selection process is as transparent as possible and guarantees impartiality and openness at all stages of selection.
The company receives complaints from candidates who have passed the test and scored high, but were not invited to work. As already indicated, the candidate selection process does not depend only on the test results, and all interview results are assessed. Many candidates can be well prepared for the theoretical part, but fail to cope with the practical tasks.
It should be noted that the selection process in ANCON is based on the professional qualities of candidates and respects their individual merits. We do not discriminate against candidates based on their gender, age, nationality, religion, social status, health restrictions or other characteristics.
